(as the patient),

I was admitted to AMU with chest pains one afternoon in October 2014 and they were short staffed.

During that night the ward was covered by agency staff and they had to close the ward. At 3am I told the agency nurse that I had chest pain. Instead of doing an observation on me and an ECG she just wrote it down on the comfort chart, luckily for me, I was ok. But she should have followed the protocol.
