"I was grateful for the appointment, I was treated with courtesy."

About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

(as the patient),

My apt was at 6. 30pm. I am 75 years of age, it was winter. I live in Stirchley. I had to ask my son to drive me (due to the Shrewsbury round-abouts upheaval). I normally drive myself to PRH but due to the dark evening & rush hour I had to ask my son for a lift. Could you kindly take in to account the age of the patient, and the lateness of the appt? I was grateful for the apt. I was treated with courtesy. Also I was dealt with promptly. Although my first letter – 9. 7. 14 I did think I was had been overlooked. But my only complaint was the lateness of the clinic. The dark evening. You couldn’t do anything about the roundabouts being dug up! ! ! You couldn’t find where to go in the dark (it was also raining). Thank you.
