(as the patient),

Waiting time for an appointment was good considering difficulties NHS is incurring at present. No resolution when attending PRH but will be offered another appointment in 3/4 months’ time. Felt that young lady who saw us was probably lacking in long term experience although she seemed to know her subject. Had obviously not met with my particular symptoms (condition) previously and did not really know what to do or suggest. However I was treated courteously with dignity and respect.
