About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I went to my GP (Dr Engleberts) @ the Lawley medical Practice as I was having painful shoulder pain. After Examining me Dr Engleberts referred me for physiotherapy.

Once I was contacted from TRAQs (which was round 2 weeks after seeing my GP) I was given a appointment for my physio @ the princess Royal hospital.

The lady I spoke to @TRAQS was very helpful and very polite and sent my appointment details quickly through the post.

Thanks to all the team involved, hopefully my shoulder should be back to normal soon.
