(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I found the sessions to be extremely helpful. The therapist throughout all the session treated me with great care, kindness and empathy. The sessions reduced my stress levels and helped me cope with my problems. It helped me considerably to discuss openly my concerns with someone who had no other agenda than to help me and was independent of my family, friends and medical pratitioner.
