"Felt safe & at ease"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Although initally quite anxious about 'what to expect' after first meekting with Keith I felt so at ease and safe to offload my feelings regarding the loss of my sister (grief, guilt, pushing myself etc. etc. ) What a true professional and gentleman.
