(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

The group has given my son opportunities to play with other children as he has no siblings and hasnt started nursery yet. my son has been learning to share and enjoyed arts and crafts. I have been given the opportunity to have adult conversations, ask questions and get ideas for activities at home. The friendly and helpful staff involve themselves with parents and children.

I loved the idea of creating topics for each week - please continue, I was happy to pay £1 a week as its affordable. My son is now at stage of 'sitting and doing' so its great for him.

The group in invaluable to both me and my son

I am really pleased to hear your son has benefitted from attending groups at the Children's Centre and this will really support his transition into nursery. The craft sessions we did have been a huge success and we are hoping to provide similar opportunities in 2015 for parents and their children. Please continue to ask the staff for activity ideas to try at home with your son and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
