"Wonderful nursing team"

I arrived in A&E feeling very scared and nervous but was seen to promptly by a wonderful nursing team. I didn’t feel that I was kept well informed of my situation but more importantly to me was the excellent care I was given. Even down to where in my arms the cannulas were placed. During my two week stay I felt that although the staff were working very intensely they always had time for the patients and made you feel that you were a priority. Overall, excellent nurses and doctors who made the time to answer our questions. There was a really friendly atmosphere. Just please ask the night nurses not to wear heels that keep us awake! I almost forgot the porter, no matter how nervous I was before a procedure they would have me giggling by the time I arrived at the department.
