Arrived after being sent by local minor injuries at 5 pm as i had dangerous abscess on neck. Local hospital said needs draining.Arrived booked in at medway sent to medoc and told to come back in 3 hrs. Really painful and feeling very unwell. Disgusting service. Went to maidstone. Far better compassion and treatment.
