After my 83year old father had struggled to the eye clinic with an elderly frail wife with him of which he couldn't leave alone he was told there was no doctor to see him!. This appointment had been changed four times within a few weeks. Two embarrassed nurses did glaucoma tests etc and said he would hear in the post if he needed an injection for the macular degeneration. It cost dad £20 for a taxi as the appointment had been changed I couldn't keep messing my employer about. What a shambles this service at the eye clinic is turning out to be.The last time a customer survey was in motion.Good job this wasn't been done if I was present.Waiting in anticipation if we get a follow up letter with the results but won't hold my breath!
