"Disgrunteld parent in A&E"

after taking my son to A&E after he overdosed, no staff would speak to us about him being seen asap," only in about 4 hours". Not knowing what would happen to him and how safe he was. we asked another nurse who was unbelievably rude also and luckily a guy (who was working in A&E) could see we were stressed and took the time to explain what would happen and took our sons obs, he also asked us to look for him in an hour if we hadnt been seen. Eventually a doctor saw him again lovely lovely man. A team of pysics came to see him, Omg how rude were they. Thought they were there to help, they looked straight through us and told my son to go with them He came back worse than when he went in and shaking. He needs help not a dressing down and a handful of leaflets. Sat there a bit longer, the two nurses came back and just said" you can go " . i am just speachless This has got to be one of the worse experiences in A&E i have ever had .
