About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (London)

got to A&E at 5pm Monday with a referral from GP went through all the test for mum age 82 with slight depression .took 3 hours to see doctor another 2 hours to see psychiatrist who said someone will come to take Mum to ward the A&E sister stated she had not been informed of ward found .The ward said my mum was already there when she was sitting next to me in A&E .Total time from start to finish 11 hours disgraceful.
