"No sense of urgeny"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

I attended a Saturday surgery for laser eye treatment on a cataract. My appointment was the first in the morning, 08.45.I arrived nice and early ( 08,15 ) I waited 25 minutes to have my visions checked, and didnt get to see the doctor until 09.50, and like I said I was the first in that day. No sense of urgency, very lapse. The doctor I saw was wandering around from about 9am with a coffee in his hand. I never saw him wash his hands, at all when I went in to see him
