The operation I had on my right leg in November 2008 at the Northern General Hospital had to be repeated in April 2009. After the first operation I was attended to by a physiotherapist on several occasions at my home. On this occasion there was not such assistance available. My next appointment at the Northern General Hospital is at the end of June of this year I hope that my present problem will by then be resolved. I have stayed at both Sheffield Hospitals for varying reasons but never had to fill in a form.
