(as a parent/guardian),

Fantastic appointment at children's outpatient department; great Nurse, consultant, sister, receptionist etc.

Rude unhelpful member of staff in Pharmacy after waiting an hour to get my 9 month old daughters prescription. unable to wait any longer as had to get home to feed her so do not have the medication and will have to go back tomorrow. unhappy and such a shame after everyone else was so fab!
