I attended Nottingham City Hospital in May 2009, as I have Bell’s palsy. The staff were very professional but also were kind and caring. My privacy and feelings were respected. I would suggest improving the ventilation of the rooms. Sometimes they were very hot. I do really appreciate your hard work. Thanks very much.
