"Treating outpatients with respect"

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital

I just wanted to leave a positive review following my appointment today at Clinic 21 at the Rosie. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a friendly smiling receptionist, saw two nurses who were personable, kind and respectful of my privacy. One nurse even held my hand whilst I was examined. The consultant was honest, direct but respectful. I have to say that whilst I would rather avoid hospital visits sometimes they cannot be avoided. If they were all like this then much of the anxiety and worry of attending such appointments would be significantly reduced. Many thanks NHS.
