"A and E care"

My 5 year old daughter needed to come to a/e with breathing difficulties recently. From the moment we came into A/E we were dealt with professionally, efficiently and thoughtfully. The triage was quick and the triage nurse clearly kept us in mind. The doctor and nurse on the floor in A/E just got on with it and were definitely child friendly. My daughter left on treatment which has sorted out the problem. The leaflet on croup for further advice was perfect and easy to understand. Some poor nurse even had to help me clear up my daughter's sick before we left - but you wouldn't know that he minded! Thanks to all staff involved.
