First of all, it is really pleasing that you rate your care from most of the nursing staff and your consultant as excellent. However, it is extremely disappointing that, in your words, "one bad apple" spoilt your experience in our hospital. I have shared your comments with the matron for ward 33 so that she can remind her staff about their conduct and take whatever action she deems necessary.
