staff were fantastic and in and out within 40 mins including x rays could not have asked for more

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.

Dear 1976,

On a typical day we see over 250 patients in out A&E so its great to read that you felt that the department was so efficient and that you received great care. In the face of such large numbers of patients its important to ensure that everyone is treated as an individual and its good to read comments such as yours which confirm that we are able to do so.
