Thank you so much to all the medical and ancillary staff for a very unexpected dash from East Surrey Hospital to The Heart Hospital. All operation details were explained to me prior to the operation and the after care by nursing staff was superb, I felt like a private patient! One essential was also the humour indicating a very contented staff and which helped my recovery. I now have copious sheets of paper giving me instructions re convalescence which is most useful. Thank you all!!
