"Mistreatment"

Was sectioned as an informal patient when I asked to leave. I did not need to be sectioned. Was not involved in decisions about my care. I absconded from the hospital because they were not listening to my wishes. Police brought me back in a cuffs and I was forced to take injectable medicine. Some of my belongings went missing when they changed my ward to the low stimulus Willow ward. My complaint was ignored by the matron.
