"I don't agree to go there and I don't receive care"

The staff insult me and don't want me to be well and have lied and lied to me. Also the PALs department don't deal with complaints and don't even write that they have dealt with complaints. And yet PALs get paid to deal with complaints. And they won't even tell me my rights.
