On 01/11/14 I collapsed at work and was taken to City Hospital. I was eventually transferred to Queen Elizabeth and treated for Hydrocephalus (fluid on the brain) which is very serious and I nearly died that day. I was totally out of it as my brain was shutting down, but my family have said how lovely and caring the staff at City Hospital were, so thank you so much for everything that you did for myself and my family that day. We are all so lucky, especially myself, to have The NHS and all the fantastic staff who work so hard, and I will be eternally thankful to everyone who helped.
"A massive thank you to all staff in resus on..."
