About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Arrived at queens hospital buton at 9. 30 am in December. Excellent communication.

Seen by triage nurse had x-ray and back for results and treatment, all staff were friendly, helpful and kind.

To make the experience very special a gentleman visiting the x-ray department the same time handed my wallet in to reception which I didn't know I had lost.

The department was very busy but calm. My time at queens took under two hours.

Brilliant and Thankyou.
