(as a relative),

I want to send a very big thank you to the staff of AVON 3, at Worcester Royal.

My dad Gerald (known as Rob) spent his last days in their care and they were nothing less than wonderful. Ensuring care and compassion was shown at all times, ensuring he was clean and comfortable and were a credit to our NHS.

You all know who you are, so thanks.

Have a safe and very merry christmas & a happy new year.
