History of Asthma and following Asthma attack had not responded to usual course of steroids.
G. P. concerned there was underlying problem e. g. cardiac asthma!
Action taken by medical staff: - Blood pressure, blood samples, temperature, oxygen level, e. c. g. , chest x ray.
Reassured by registrar that all was A O. K. and it was more likely that I simply needed longer course of steroids.
I was there a total of around 4 hours and found all staff at every level extremely courteous, informative, efficient, helpful and thorough. I can not see how it could have been improved.
