"CBT treatment was very helpful"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I found the low intentsity treatment was a bit simplistic and was mainly mood based.

I found the CBT treatment very helpful and feel I have recieved good care and attention from the service.

I feel I have gained vaulable skills and knowledge that I have used and will continue to.

Dear 'Star2014',

Thank you for leaving your feedback with us.

I'm pleased to hear that you had good care and attention from our service. I'm sorry to hear that the low intensity sessions were less helpful - people generally begin at this level with our service and then advance to CBT if neccessary. I'm glad though that you got the skills and knowledge you needed in CBT.

Best wishes for the future,

Lizzie
