"Quality of 111 service"

About: Harmoni / NHS 111

(as a parent/guardian),

Called 111 at 10pm on a Sunday night as our 3 year old daughter had an extremely high fever. Was told that a doctor would call back in 2 hours.

Heard nothing so called again at 1am to be told they were extremely busy and someone would call back within the hour.

No response by 3am so took daughter to A&E. It is now Wednesday and am still waiting for the call back...
