Thank you for the care you all gave me whilst I was ill in November 2014. Thank you for helping me keep my dignity at this time, I am truly grateful.

All this on top of the excellent care I have received over the years I have known you. Please accept this gift as a token of my appreciation.

Thank you for your kind words, the chocolates were much appreciated by the staff and volunteers.

We appreciate how important your dignity, privacy and respect are to you and we were pleased to be able to help you when you became ‘unexpectedly’ ill.
