All the Fotherby Ward and theatre staff during the whole process - from making the appointment and pre-op visit through to being sent home were efficient and caring - I could not have asked for better care.
The ward is not modern but was very clean and tidy and obviously the staff are proud of their environment. I found subsequently that everyone rates the staff here highly and consider myself lucky to have been treated there.
