After breaking my ankles in March 2008, I had spurs growing on the bone. This was restricting my movement.
After further consultations I opted to have the spurs removed. This was duly done a few weeks ago at QMC. I have found a great difference already.
I could not fault any of the staff as I found everyone so helpful and they explained all that was involved. The only downside was that I was in the hospital at 7am and did not have my operation until about 1pm. A rather long wait!
I am very pleased that I feel so much better already. I thank everyone who cared for me during my time in hospital.
