"Amazing Staff /team ward 3 Hexham General"

I want to praise all the staff on ward 3 Hexham General including the admin, nursing team theatre staff and my consultant's team. I had a recent hip arthroscopy on 2nd dec 2014 and from start to finish I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. I was shown dignity and given choices. The ward was clean and all the staff were polite and caring. I want to thank them all for making a scary experience better than I could imagine. My consultant is fabulous, and saw me pre surgery to answer any questions I had and seen me after in the ward to talk through how the surgery went. Thank you! The anesthetists were great at explaining what would happen and really put me at ease. The recovery nurse was kind and helpful and all the nurses I seen that day were really supportive and helpful. The ward was busy but they always had time for everyone. They are all worth their weight in gold! They should feel proud to be part of such an amazing team!
