"admission to a&e and cdu at halifax calder royal"

i mr paul robert heap was admitted to halifax a&e with sickness and dizzyness and double vision . i was seen quickly and put onto cdu . i was seen by the stroke ward nurse and doctor , i had a ct and mri scan and blood tests .i was diagnosed with acute labyrinthitis and was seen by the ent department . i cannot praise the staff enough, everyone involved was brilliant , i was in from mon 17th to wed19th tea time , the staff member who works nights does a realiy great job
