"Brentwood Community Day Care Centre - the best!"

Last year in November and again this year (also in November) I was sent to the Day Care Centre at Brentwood Community Hospital for breathing difficulties and accute coughing. The care which I received on both occasions was second to none. From the moment I entered the Care Centre I felt cared for, looked after and safe. The staff were amazing - all so kind and caring but also very professional. I felt in safe hands and confident that I was being given the best treatment possible. I cannot praise the staff enough - nothing was too much trouble; they monitored me continuously and reassured me every few minutes helping me to relax.. Their patience and kindness will stay with me forever. Thank you to all the wonderful staff in the Day Care Centre - you are the best! I would also like to thank the excellent Ambulance Team who escorted me from Brentwood to Basildon Hospital - I'm afraid I didn't have a chance to thank them but they were wonderful and helped to make me feel confident and safe. Brentwood Day Care Centre is staffed by people who can remain kind, patient and caring as well as be professional in their duties. Thank you so much to all of you.
