I recently had to take my mother to a&e,we were seen by the triage nurse very quickly even though it was very busy. We had to wait a couple of hours to be seen by a doctor but as I said it was very busy that day and we understand cases have to be prioritised. When we did get to see the doctor, the doctor was very patient and didn't Rush my mother who can't move very quickly. They gave pain relief and offered sandwiches as she is diabetic. Overall I was very impressed with all staff on duty that day as they were obviously extremely busy but were helpful and courteous throughout. Keep up the good work!
