Dear Paul and Olga Many thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback - I will ensure this is shared with the staff in A&E, as I am sure they will be delighted to hear that you were pleased with the service offered to you. Regarding waiting times, I apologise it took a few hours for your blood tests to be completed - this can happen at peak times when there are lots of urgent requests. We do regularly meet our 4 hour wait target (this is a government target we are required to meet - at least 95% of patients should be assessed within 4 hours), but we are aware that this is becoming more challenging. The staff are doing what they can to ensure all patients that require urgent care are properly assessed and treated in as short a timeframe as possible.
