My son had an appointment with a consultant and we were seen within 10 mins of our appointment time. We we're sent for an ECG then and there and everything was pretty efficient. There was a nice waiting room for children with lots of toys. My 9 year old was happy with the choice of toys. All in all, I was rather impressed.
