"I visited my mother in law who had been..."

About: Chester Le Street Hospital

I visited my mother in law who had been transferred from Durham university hospital to yours on Tuesday 2nd December. I arrived at 5o'clock to see how she was settling in and at half past I was asked to leave due to patients visiting times. I work and your visiting times are not convinent for me. I was told do not like to change visiting times in the hospital as it gets in the way of structures. my mother is depressed and desperate to come out of hospital. am unable to visit in your visitng times and would like to visit between 1-2 pm and 5-7 pm but they aren't happy with this so my mother won't get any visitors, which is great when she suffers with depression. didn't like the way I was spoken to by the staff nurse and I think some patient care should be addressed with them
