Dear Sir, I visited your hospital today as an outpatient to keep an appointment with the consultant of the General Surgery Team, the outpatient area was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly, polite and efficient , the wait was minimal, in fact I saw the consultant before my appointment time, he was most kind and completely understanding of my illness and very approachable when ask a number of questions, I look forward to having my surgery in your hospital and a final thank you and we'll done on the standard of efficiency, care and attitude. Mr David Cox.
