"Should be closed"

Attended PC24. While in the waiting area, patients are subjected to fairly loud music - thump, thump, thump. Not the place to be for anyone with a migraine. This should not be allowed. Sick people should not be subjected to this noise. I was there to be treated: not for entertainment. When I was eventually seen by a doctor. I had to remove the bandage dressing myself by ripping the bandage off. The doctor had no scissors! After she inspected the wound - badly infected - I was told that I would have to use the same dressing! She had no bandages to dress the wound. Unbelievable but true. I had to use the same soiled bandage that I attended with. Parking charges a disgrace. The NHS gets more than enough subsidy from the taxpayer without resorting to this kind of added robbery. The nearby Park hospital, a BUPA hospital, gets nothing from the taxpayer and yet can provide free parking. Just one of the many reasons why the NHS should be privatised! The service would improve - it couldn't get any worse. Quality health care? A total disgrace. Would avoid.
