"Promptness, Kindness and Dignity"

I arrived at the Hospital for a colonoscopy on Thursday morning 20/11/12 rather apprehensively as I had had this procedure several times previously. I was called in fairly promptly and put at ease by an extremely kind Staff Nurse. I was impressed by the courtesy that I and the other patients were receiving from very pleasant staff. The procedure was explained fully to me again and was carried out with dignity and kindness by the excellent Mr Kumar and his team. My thanks to all the staff in that Department.
