"My experience of kind and understanding SSSU staff"

I have had 3 surgery procedures carried out at Pembury Hospital SSSU in last few months with the final one in 2 weeks time. I experience difficulties due to my levels of anxiety regarding medical procedures and hospital environments so I know I have probably not been the easiest of patients to deal with throughout and have felt embarrassed by this at times. Despite this, from the ENT consultant surgeon, anaesthetist, all the specialist and trained nurses, nursing assistants and receptionists - my family and I have been beyond impressed by the professionalism and patience which continues to be shown to us throughout this difficult time. This empathy and understanding shown to me will be something I will always remember and the staff should be commended for their understanding and caring manner and my thanks goes to all of them for the kindness and patience they have shown. These two little words seem quite inadequate and insufficient to express my gratitude, however, thank you, really means so much more than I can put into words.
