About: Corbett Hospital

Visited the dermatology day surgery outpatients this afternoon. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. All staff very friendly and helpful. The procedure was carried out by my consultant who explained the procedure and put me at ease. Her and her staff were very reassuring and helped me relax. After the procedure I was offered a cup of tea and told what would happen next with my care. I would like to say a big thank you and I would recommend this department and hospital.

We are always delighted to receive positive feedback from our patients and it is great to hear that staff were able to make you feel comfortable and well looked after during your visit. Communicating with our patients and keeping them fully involved and informed in their treatment is vital so it is wonderful to know that our staff were thorough when explaining your procedure.
