After visiting a physiotherapist I left totally offended by the way in which the physiotherapist spoke to me .His words for gods sake you are only 53 and you need to be more active! However I will be cancelling my appointment .I believe that he has no right what so ever in making personal remarks .He does not know me never mind commenting on my lifestyle.I am actually a nurse in a care home ;I have 2 very active dogs that are walked often I live in Wallsend and before suffering pain often walked to Newcastle and the coastal area .It makes me wonder if he would of spoke like he did if his colleagues had been in the department,I don't think he would. I would recommend that people use centres such as Battlehill and Molineux. This incident has caused me stress and maybe just live with the pain. I do not expect to come out of a hospital feeling worse than I went in. I have had contact through work with other phsiotherapists in the department with a bit more politeness.
