Highly professional and caring staff. Tried phoning gate31 (ward 31), it took 2 hours to speak to someone, the automated phone system was useless, people didn't seem to know how to redirect a call to the correct department and when I did manage to obtain the right number no one would answer! Parking....... I thought the parking at the BRI was bad but the North Bristol Trust have taken Southmead to a totally new level of inaddiquate........not enough spaces and what spacers there are, are too far away from the main building and a big enough problem for the able bodied, I dread to think how the disabled and infirm cope with parking!! It took me over 45 minutes to find a parking space on a Thursday afternoon!
