"From start to finish"

About: Royal Berkshire Hospital

My wife was admitted to the hospital at a moments notice and had to go through A & E as a formality prior to receiving a bed. The staff at A & E were excellent and did all they could to hasten my wife through to the chosen ward. The doctor in the cancer area was wonderful and all staff on the ward where my wife now is are fantastic. Night staff a little sympathetic but all in all very pleased with all. Thank you very much for helping my wife through a difficult period. Big Big negative. Parking. Must be sorted. 45 mins trying to get parked and then had to leave without getting parked but paid for the period in the multi level.

We are pleased to hear that your wife has had good care in both A&E and from the oncology team. We strive hard to ensure that patients and their families get as positive an experience as possible, recognising this is a very difficult time. It is good to hear positive feedback when we achieve these aims. We will ensure your comments are shared with the teams involved. Thank you.
