"I will always be very grateful"

I was recently a patient on ward 14 of the Royal Hallamshire Hospital. Throughout my stay the standard of care was excellent. The information I received about my treatment was clear and any queries or worries I had were always dealt with by the doctors and nurses in a very kind and reassuring way. The whole staff were extremely friendly and very professional. I always felt I was being treated as an individual. My room was spotless and the food good. I cannot fault anything about my care. I feel extremely fortunate to have received my treatment at this hospital and will always be very grateful to all the staff.
