"Usual problem"

We're really sorry - the number of emergency patients has been very high of late, which of course cannot be predicted and sometimes has had the really unfortunate effect of causing planned procedures to be cancelled at very short notice. It's not something we want to see happen and do everything to avoid, but sometimes circumstances conspire against us.
