"cant even get appointment"

so i was referred to cardiology in june by a general medic (due to breathing difficulties which lasted 3 weeks in april and fast heart rate n palpitations ever since) i was kept in for a few days in april but then reffered to general medic for follow up which was june and he said as my hearts still too fast hed reffer me to cardiology, after still not having even an appointment letter last month the general medic (at my 2nd follow up app)said my heart rates still too fast and said he was going to chase my appointment , guess i should give up waiting for one really , hopefully theres nothing wrong, for such an important organ they really dont care much (not even enough to make an appointment)
